"Recently, Sancia and her partner, Ben McCoy, represented me in the sale of my beachfront property. This property is very unique in that its design was created by Tiffani Baumgart. Tiffani's work is so extraordinary that the house was featured in the Wall Street Journal, Architectural Digest, Modern Living, and other designer trade publications. Knowing that this property was not for the general public for its design, location, and price, I knew that an agency that was more diverse with international and large national presences would be needed.
